After spending Friday evening / night and early Saturday morning listening to hard Trance DJ / Producer George Acosta whose 15 December 2008 release Soundpiercing - The Best of 2008 I downloaded from Beatport the rest of the weekend was spent listening, downloading and dancing around the apartment to Trance duo Ken Loi and Sean Beckwith of Elucidate.

Like Acosta, ranking amongst the top Trance music producers in the world I actually purchased all seven of Elucidate's remixes from Beatport.

Having downloaded 12 of the mixes posted to their website, so far, I've listened to 6 and rank each one with 5 out of 5 stars.

I'm sure, I'll be spending many more days, nights and weekends listening and dancing around the apartment to both George Acosta and Elucidate.

After spending much of last night /early this morning, by way of Just Circuit MUSIC, listening to DJ Jeffrey Jacobs HOT PROGRESSIVE HOUSE podcast #20 dated 31 October 2008, I'm sure I'll spend much of the day listening to several more mixes from DJ Jeffery Jacobs Groove Series Podcast.

The next time that I visit Fort Lauderdale, I'll make sure to check his music out at the Ramrod or Torpedo.

Since receiving a late September 2008 email from Chris Newman regarding his Tangerine Dream Fans Zone Radio Show and related sites I have spent most Sunday nights and a few nights during each week listening to the most recent as well as past podcasts of the weekly show.

And, as a result, have downloaded and purchased several compilations from several of the artists.

Having had more than a passing interest in what some refer to as New Age, Electronic and/or Space music Tangerine Dream, Vangelis, Mike Oldfield and Kitaro rank amongst my all-time favorite musicians.

The DC Cowboys Dance Company to make a special appearance at Logan Hardware to promote their 2009 charity calendar.

As contestants on NBC’s hit summer show, “America’s Got Talent”, the DC Cowboys Dance Company competed as a Top 40 semi-finalist and appeared live in Hollywood in late August 2008. Now they’re raising money for an HIV/AIDS charity with their hot and sexy 2009 calendar and making of DVD entitled, DC Cowboys Wet and Wild.

To support and celebrate the DC Cowboys, Logan Hardware located at 1416 P Street NW will be hosting the local celebrities at a special calendar signing party from 1-4PM on December 6, 2008. Logan Hardware is hosting the event to participate in the Mid City Business Association's holiday shopping event.
